Rule 11
Court Division or Branch and Staff

(1) Divisions and branches in the court and their work shall be as mentioned in schedule-2.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Sub-Registrar to complete or arrange the work of the branches and branches under his division in a quick, efficient and effective manner, to assist the registrar in conducting the work of the court in a smooth manner and to perform the tasks assigned by the chief registrar or the registrar after delegating authority.
(3) In each branch, at least an officer level employee will work as the head of the branch.
(4) It shall be the duty of the branch head to conduct the work of his branch in an orderly manner.
(5) The Sub-Registrar, Head of Branch and other employees shall perform the tasks mentioned in their job description and assigned by the Chief Registrar or Registrar after delegating authority.
